4Jefferson County - Case Study<center>Works Management System</center> <img src="http://www.gviz.com.au/uploads/images/potholes.jpg" border="0"> Cityworks - maintaining Water and WasteWater services Case Study Jefferson County has utilised Cityworks for service request creation for about two years now, primarily using the Call Center application. Their call center setup is a quite a bit more complex than a traditional system. Not only do dispatchers receive service request calls, but they also create work orders, manage radio traffic, and route their own calls. In addition to using the primary service request and work order management system, Long Beach also utilises the Cityworks Storeroom and Call Center extensions. Parts and materials are inventoried in the Cityworks Storeroom module, issued to individuals or work orders, or transferred among any number of inventories. The Call Center, or 311, application allows call takers to quickly create service requests and answer request related questions.
