Cityworks users and business partners can now share custom Crystal and SQL Reports. If you are interested in sharing a report, please:

Export your report to a PDF.

Send a zip file of the report, PDF export of the report, and report documentation to assets@gviz.com.au. If the zip file is too large to send via email, please call (+61 2 433 202 44) and arrangements will be made to upload the zip file to the gViz FTP site and then onto the website.
December 2008 - Cost Detail This report breaks down the different costs involved with a specific work order.

November 2008 - Inspections with corresponding Work Orders All types of Cityworks inspections with corresponding work orders separated by specific inspection type.

November 2008 - Work Orders with corresponding Service Requests The reports shows all work orders with service requests that correspond to them.

October 2008 - 7 Day Service Request The Seven Day Service Request Report shows service requests made within the past week and the time that it took to close the request. It highlights the requests that take more than 4 hours to be closed.

October 2008 - Curbstop Report Created the Curbstop Report to share information regarding curbstops that Public Works turned on or off. Our Utility Billing Department needs to know about these so they can update the billing account information in their billing software.
